Alice Cooper is welcoming us to his quarantine with a new single, “Don’t Give Up.”

The song features a music video of the full band that really encompasses life as we’ve known it lately. Guitarist Nita Strauss is rocking out in a living room chair. Other band members are in office chairs.

And of course they are, because just like the rest of us, they’re all stuck at home, too.

Cooper begins the song with a brief monologue reminding listeners that we will get through this. Eventually.

“It’s a song about what we’ve all been going through right now and about keeping our heads up and fighting back together. This video wouldn’t have been possible without you – and who knows, you might be in it!”

Alice Cooper in a statement on his website.

A strictly-limited 7” Vinyl Picture Disc will be released on August 14th, 2020. You can pre-order the vinyl, stream and download the track HERE.

You can check out the new music video and lyrics below.

In addition to the song, the band dropped some killer new merchandise to coincide with the song. All of the new goodies includes an Alice Cooper “Don’t Stop Me Now” face mask for your Covid-19 avoiding pleasure.

The new “Welcome to My Quarantine” shirt is a must have.

Despite being 72, Cooper keeps on rocking and has been busy over the last couple of years. Last year’s release of “Rise” by Hollywood Vampires received high marks (read our review here.) He also found himself in an Ohio church speaking about his faith and sobriety.

And he doesn’t show any signs of stopping soon.
